The team of Sam and Beatrice were great. Fast, efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful. They were a pleasure to deal with and make the experience easy and seamless.
Think before deal with them. They are basically a group of robbers. It was a nightmare to deal with them. Our car has an accident in the highway and their partner draws our car to this shop. It is 25Km away and they charged me for almost 3000 !!!!!!!!! If you don’t pay , can’t get your car back . Their partner name is new roads roadside & recovery .
Sam took care of everything. Unfortunately, my repairs were delayed (not Sam's fault). Because of COVID global shipping delays, a part was on backorder from the manufacturer. Sam went above and beyond and even lent me one of his cars at no cost to me, after I had reached my insurance limit for car rentals. The repairs look great. Highly recommend Aurora Auto Collision & Repairs.

It was my first visit to Aurora Auto location .I needed a small job to be do on the spot. I really appreciated the attention from the Workshop crew and specially the GM & Director who wanted personally to attend to my request. When the Job was finished in about 10 mins. although it wasn't easy, He refused to charge me for the work done .Such an attitude is rarely seen these days. I highly recommend this Auto service workshop to anyone who required good work and good service with pleasant attitude. Sam
