My repair was significantly delayed, and despite reaching out for updates, I have not received the timely responses or support I expected. The lack of communication and follow-through has been frustrating, and the overall experience has fallen well below the standard I anticipated.
The supreme collision Centre at the Aurora location gave me great service. The woman at the front desk was very helpful and efficient. They fixed my car and gave the interior a clean before returning my car to me. I would come back to this location again.
