Took my Ford edge in for a noisy front end over bumps , they diagnosed it quickly and gave me a fair quote to replace two lower control arms and perform an alignment , went to pick it up however it wasn’t quite ready as upon a road test there was a slight rattle on one side , it had a loose sway bar link , I really appreciated this extra attention to detail and he was able to replace the link without me waiting too long and kept the final total within the original quote . I highly recommend this shop for you’re car repairs
I would give it 3/5 with my experience: - job was winter tire change - the tires were changed - front desk person was professional and I felt confident choosing this place - price is fair from what I have paid in other places - maybe they were busy , but they did forget to call me to pick up the car. I did have to call in myself after I got a notification from my car that it was parked without lock. - received the car with the following: 1. Dirty gear shift nob... Like either food / mud / dirt 2. Steering wheel had some sort of food stain from either talking while chewing or spillage. I never eat in my car for this exact reason. 3. Exterior was dusty but no scratches from what I can see thank God 4. Overall the place is not super clean but can get the job done if you're in a hurry. - if you have a beat up car, no problem and come here but if you do cherish the interior of your car... I do not know about that. Please do not eat in other people's car, at least wipe off the evidence so I can be ignorant to the fact that other people eat in my car or have incredibly dirty hands while managing my car. It's a car shop, I get it, dirty hands is inevitable but please wipe off afterwards, doesn't take more like 15-30 seconds to get a wipe and wipe it off.
I know you have seen the other posts but people should know what this place did to my son. It's was unacceptable and the owner did not even apologize to my son for what Jesse did to my son's Jeep. The kid when for a joy ride with the Jeep that supposed to be being certified but instead he was posting a video on social media of him trying to do wheelies....not sure how he can do that BUT the video shows him slamming the Jeep up and down and you can see the RPM off th map and him shoving the clutch to the floor. Just treating it like a piece of crap. That is a customer's car and this is what he does without our knowledge AND HE POSTED IT TO SOCIAL MEDIA. ZERO remorse or even an apology. The owner was rude I am guessing because my son is only 23 he doesn't show any respect to him. Very sad. IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A PROFESSIONAL MACHENIC THEN THIS ISNT THE PLACE. If anyone wishes to see prove then ask because I have a video the mechanic himself posted on HIS social media! They don't care about your cars so you shouldn't care about using this place. There are alot of respectable businesses out there that will treat you and your vehicle with respect. Also, I posted this on social media in Newmarket and I was amazed how many people said the same thing about this place. Amazing.
Very unprofessional when dealing with a conflict. Technician Jesse was caught on video through social media joyriding my brothers jeep when it was supposed to be getting safety inspected. After this video was posted - issues that never existed before were suddenly being reported. When owner was called to discuss the matter, he offered no remorse and threatened the caller. Would not trust this place with a vehicle ever.
Had a bad experience with these guys. Took it in to get safety inspected and received a video from a friend of their technician Jesse driving my jeep with a caption “Wheelies in this Jeep”, driving it inappropriately and putting a lot of stress on the jeep. Called the Owner to bring up my concern about his tech joyriding my jeep because there were “issues” that did not exist/weren’t aware of beforehand. Owner got extremely defensive and aggressive and threatened to “come find me” if I kept saying his tech was joyriding my jeep. 1/10, bad experience. Maybe I got unlucky with the tech and this isn’t a normal situation, but I would not go back and wouldn’t recommend them to others. Felt extremely unprofessional
Jeff & his team are great, so glad I found such a good auto shop. I was previously with a dealership who were unable to resolve a dashboard issue, Jeff was able to find a fix on my first visit. Very happy to have made the switch!
Love going here. Honest people, fast service. Don't do unnecessary work when not needed and give advanced warning of potential required work so I can budget for upcoming larger repairs in advanced.
