Brought my car in for tire swaps only but they balanced my tires without asking me first and tried to charge me for it. Now my steering vibrates on the highway and I didn’t have this issue last season.

She needed new tires and so she's going to order tires and I'm going to take mom's car in and get the morning we're all set to go. Gave a surp rise like with like everything included. This is not the first time I have used this shop for all my repairs. I really could not say enough nice things about my experience. Tina is an amazing representative and I trust them to only suggest repairs that are needed. Quotes are always well below what I expected and repairs are done in a timely manner.
