Washroom is not working I am writing to express my disappointment with the condition of the washroom facilities. During my recent visit, I found that the washroom was out of service and its not first time every time the staff ask the same thing . This caused significant inconvenience, and I hope you will address this issue promptly to ensure a more pleasant experience for all visitors.
No washroom for customers, story theyre selling is manager said not to allow anyone because they had to pay 40k in plumbing repair And after 40k repairs still no washroom. LOL
This gas station is only focused about making money! My daughter went out for lunch, and she stopped here. The employee, seeing that my daughter wasn't an adult, tricked her into giving him 10 dollars! He said that the 3 dollars my daughter was paying for a single small slushie wasn't enough, and eventually, tricked her into giving him money for nothing in return! If you want to go to a place that will squeeze every cent you have out of your earned work, then this place would be your top choice! But if your looking for a place that has friendly staff, is totally honest and fair, then don't even bother looking at it! This was an experience that sent my daughter to tears as soon as she found out, and scared her to ever going to another gas station again.
Kid is sick have a bad stomach, wants to use wash room, added 100 dollar gas as a customer, been told no washroom, begging for use the washroom for staff, offering extra money for the washroom. been told they don't want to clean up the mass! I said there would not have any mass, i will clean it up, still pushing us away to go for other stores watching the kid suffering from pain! I wish there is zero point rating for them!
How do you call yourself a gas station and not provide bathroom access to PAYING customers? Absolutely ridiculous. Management needs to get it together.
For years, since we moved into the area the Point of Sale POS terminals don’t work properly. Contactless payments NEVER work Card payment sporadically Come on, this is a huge, profitable company. Just try to spend a tiny bit on customer support
Very disappointed that the washroom was apparently under renovations. I ask the clerk where he went to the washroom. He had no response. The people who work at gas stations don't want to clean the washrooms. Terrible from companies who make millions.
