If I could give this zero stars I would . The guy working nights around 2:00am ish maybe needs to not work in customer service . The doors locked which sure fine it’s late.. my boyfriend went to the window just to ask something about the gas and he just goes off saying can’t you read the sign on the pump and proceeded to say every shell is the same across Canada ..You work at a gas station and you’re mad at us for asking a question Then he just walks away my boyfriend rang the bell for him to come back then he starts telling him that he was the rude one . He ask for the managers number and he just said not here call in the morning and walks away again. We came here from out of province and wanted to buy a car wash pass for the season for his mother so we just went to ultramar across the street and the gentleman was so nice and the doors were open . Regardless of the time we went this guy is just rude don’t waste your time at this gas station.
This gas station operator is very rude. When I paid my bill, he returned me wrong amt. I noticed and questioned why he was taking to me very rudely in I appropriate language and then gave the correct amount. I will never ever go to this place. I'm passing this msg to everyone ... please be careful about this place and the person of this place. We should against for him..
To update. Very pleased that their machines no longer attack with advertisements. Large screen is there, but all is quiet and thankfully back to normal. Their "new" machines...lovely.... now you get to watch and listen to, in high volume advertising. Been buying my gas at this station since day one. Never again, I will look for another station, different brand, where I can fill up my car in PEACE! I have had it with being harrassed by screaming ads, on TV, on the net, on the radio... and the list goes on, and, on, and on.
Standard gas station. I have been here a few times and notice they have network issues with the prepay at the pump which doesn't always work. Don't worry it's not your credit card. I wish they would put a sign up instead of making you try your credit card a few times and then move your car to a non prepay terminal. Their social distancing circles in the store is properly spaced, but one of the circles is so close to the entrance it doesn't make sense. Social distancing measures in effect.
The 5 stars is for the car wash. This is the best touchless wash Ive ever been to. It gets my car cleaner than some of the hand washes I've been two for two to three times the price. I don't even live in Aurora anymore but when I happened to be there travelling up from Toronto and make sure to stop in, cuz it is very worth the value. I'm not sure what it is they're doing with this particular wash that makes it different, but you'll notice the difference from a regular touchless wash.
I was going to buy some 649 tickets with my own numbers. However, I found the pencil was broken (I was not the one broke it.) and then took it to the cashier and asked if he had another one for me. He took the pencil and said “it’s YOU broke it. “I said to him I didn’t . He kept saying very rudely “ I knew it’s you, it’s you “....... what a shame
Cashiers (named JOULIANA) need to learn how to talk to customers, or at least please please talk like an educated person... better give ur cashiers classes of customer service 101... I went to car wash today with a monthly pass Shell car wash app, and it still have a week remaining. Somehow the door did not open. So I went to cashier for help, and showed her the app and remaining days. She said she did not care what app shows, and she would not do anything unless I brought the original card. I asked her to check my card number, and told her that this problem happened before, the other cashier was able to help. Her face was like "I dont care what other cashier did to help you, and get away from me..." Cashier JOULIANA, let's suppose you are the customer, and you are in a situation that needs help, would you expect this type of manner? If monthly pass card only can be used once, then why would you want your customer to buy it?
