On December 13, 2025, at approximately 8:00 p.m., the behavior of the individual stationed at the location was highly inappropriate, aggressive, and unprofessional. While on duty, he was engaged with his mobile phone instead of performing his responsibilities. When I objected to his improper conduct, he responded with offensive language and ultimately forced me to leave the premises. This level of disrespectful and unacceptable behavior is something I have never experienced before in Canada.
If I could give them 0 I’ll do that! The most rude and lazy person working here! The person who name Samy was really rude and unhelpful to me! My car got stock in their carwash since the roller is not working fine and he refuse to provide a service! First of all my car got stock in the middle of the carwash and did not show up to fix the problem, after a while waiting I decided to exit the carwash on reverse shift and unwashed car! I came to him and ask him to autorize to wash my car again due to the problem and he rudely refused!
Was having a problem with the car wash tonight. I pressed the assistance button multiple times. Only to be ignored and force to drive thru the wash . When I addressed this with the tenant, he advised me to contact customer service in the morning.
Never go to this carwash, I had a car and used to go to this carwash several times.Its mirror terribly dirty and doesn't show anything plus each time my wheel hardly got in the rail as it has a metal sheet at the beginning of it to make it easier for the wheel to go in the rail because its rail destroyed and it has a sharp edge, so each time I had the feeling that my wheel is becoming flat, until the 3rd time that I went there and right after I got a flat tire(my tire was new) so I thought to myself it may because of something else. Then I went back again whithin a week and my other wheel(the same side) became flat, so I didn't go there for a while and around a month ago I went back there and asked the cashier if it is fixed and he said because of the rail issue it doesn't it still has the sheet but it doesn'thave any problem. So recently I went back there again with my new car, it again made my tire becoming flat but I thought that it's just my feeling and last night when I went there and I was going in to the carwash(I was truly in the rail), suddenly I saw that the rail kicked me out and I was going to the wall. I right away switched of my car and tried calling the gas station cashier, he didn't even picked the phone up. I called again, I pushed the horn lots of times, even somebody in the gas station was pointing at me, but the cashier didn't even pay attention. I was really scared. Didn't know what to do and just kept calling. Suddenly he picked the phone and after saying hello, he began speaking to the customer I several times shouted in the phone and he didn't even wanted to answer. After all he came and turned of the machines and I could hardly go out. But my wheel really ruined and I have nothing to say, just I should say it's a terrible Petro Canada Carwash and I had the worst experience there. Please don't go there, it will ruin your car. I wished that I could put no star, but no chance. Never go back there again.
Just filled up gas and wanted to use their washroom. The girl working there mentioned, the washroom is not available for customers, only employees. Really bad customer service
I would give a 0 star rating to this gas station and car wash if I could. I purchased a Superworks car wash (the most expensive wash), and was dissatisfied with the results. Upon approaching the attendant (named Siva) to explain that sections of my vehicle were still quite dirty, I was told to leave and Siva refused to send me through the car wash again or come and see my vehicle. This attendant went against Petro Canada's own hassle free re-wash policy, and provided terrible standoffish and rude customer service. Would not recommend this location.
Please don’t go there for a car wash. The trail damaged my left front tire. When I saw that damage I had no idea where I crashed my tire. Then the week after I went there again, I saw three more damages on the same tire. Then I knew what happened to that tire.
