Went in pretty sick. Closing hours clearly says 2. It was 1.25 pm. Very rude receptionist at the front. No explanation, zero interest in anything I was saying. If you’re going to work in healthcare dealing with sick people, a better bedside manner wouldn’t go amiss. Just a straight up no get out, go elsewhere. Awful. Please change jobs. Young white woman with a bun.
Always a great experience coming here, both for the walk in and family doctor! Very easy to book appointments by email and walk in always moves quickly!
Terrible experience. Dr. Okhravi in particular is disorganized and unknowledgeable. Don't bother with the pharmacy either. Cheaper and better service at Shopper's just down the street.
This clinic is garbage Last week we went there for my wife had skin issues and a doctor who is name was Okhravi Pooneh visted her and said I will refer you to oakridges dermatologist after more than one week we followed with clinic the first nobody answered phone I went directly to clinic doctor Okhravi secretary said she didn’t send refer letter to oakridges dermatologist after clinic the reason is doctor is so busy But we know when doctor visit someone right away sending order Doctor just made money no respecting to patient
i went to this clinic for urgent allergic reaction and the doctor immedietley visited me. and gave me prescprtion for medications. the day before(sunday) when i went to southlake emergency, after 2 hours the doctor told me its not emergency, go home you will be ok, but today for the severe reaction i decided to go this one and i feel better now.
I went into this walk-in clinic with a lot of pain and discomfort, but unfortunately I left with the same pain, the same discomfort, and lots of confusion. The doctor ordered additional tests for a better diagnosis but did not explain my options, what steps I should take if my condition got worse, or whether I should go to the ER. I didn’t feel any sense of importance or urgency from the doctor, which left me really disappointed. The next day, I ended up in the ER anyway, since the ultrasound she requested would take several days to schedule. The only good thing about this clinic is that they are fast and you get to see the doctor quickly — but I honestly don’t know what the point of that is if you leave without clarity or guidance.
We absolutely love you ? My son was two days old and we desperately needed a family Dr for him to examine him . We found this clinic and it was our lucky day . Both guest services are literally the sweetest, always trying their best to help you .even during the pandemic when no clinic took patients with fever and coughs ,anytime i called she said bring him in . All the doctors here are doing their job from their heart. You can actually feel it . Dealing with sick infants and toddler is not easy.
