I had a great experience at Multicare Clinic. The front desk staff are very polite, professional, and genuinely helpful from the moment you walk in. The pharmacy staff are absolute angels—kind, patient, and always willing to help. The family physicians are excellent: very knowledgeable, attentive, and accurate in their diagnosis. Overall, this clinic provides outstanding care and service. Highly recommended.
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an encounter with Sara, the receptionist, whose conduct was, regrettably, unprofessional. Her behavior was perceived as rude and disrespectful, which, unfortunately, detracted from my doctor's visit. Doctor Arya is very arrogant too.☹️?
I feel incredibly fortunate to have Dr. Hoori as my family doctor. She is exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, and truly attentive to her patients. Her diagnoses are always accurate, and she takes the time to listen and explain everything with care and clarity. Dr. Hoori is not only experienced but also compassionate, which makes all the difference when it comes to healthcare. This clinic is truly lucky to have such a dedicated and outstanding physician on their team. I couldn’t ask for a better doctor!
Not recommended at all. I visited this walk-in clinic with concerns about ear congestion and phlegm in my throat. I met with Dr. Sajjadi, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. He briefly examined my ear, didn’t look at my throat, and didn’t ask any follow-up questions about my symptoms. Instead, he immediately referred me to their in-house pharmacy to buy an ear wax removal drop — which I later found online for HALF THE PRICE! I left feeling dismissed and unheard. Definitely expected a more thorough examination and patient-centered care.
Dr. Sajedi is absolutely HORRIBLE. By far one of the worst ignorant and disrespectful doctors i’ve met EVER. He does not care for your concerns. He will ignore you and shut down immediately. Do not waste your previous time on a disgusting clinic. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE
I am the most frustrated human being on the planet today. I walked in since they said the doctor is not fully booked and I had to wait 2 hours to be the last patient but then when my turn came the doctor had to yell at me on my face. Saying he doesn’t see patients past 5pm. As if that’s not enough I had come mainly because I received his voicemail at 6:52 pm yesterday saying I could come to the clinic that he’s ready to fill out my medical report that I have been waiting since November and it was due yet I have to go for my placement ? he even slammed the door behind me yelling at the top of his voice in his language even when my ear is hurting and am in pain and called the receptionist and yelled at her too. That’s so rude and unprofessional from a human heart ? I could never do that to someone or wish anyone to be treated like that … with a broken heart and on behalf of the stuff that I seen cry in front of me as she trembled trying to send me an email of my Xray results since the printer was broken and could not print at the moment.That’s the rudest doctor I have seen today KOROUSH HORRI he didn’t want to look at my ear he said he has other people to tend to although I was the last patient for the day..So unfortunate I had to give a poor review I’ll just die in my bed if I have to see the same doctor ever again.Every time I come, am referred to the ENT and get antibiotics since last year
Kay is great! He is the owner/ pharmacist. Very accommodating and brings over the meds to my mother in law. He is great to deal with. Very customer focused.
