Awful pharmacy with incompetent workers. Doctor gave us a prescription we dropped it off. This doctor does not fax. Went in and he said it was not ready the doctor had not faxed we said it was dropped off. He then found it but said it couldn't be made so we had to come back. Today we tried again and this time the pharmacy girl said the fax hadn't been received. We said it was dropped off and insisted she look. She said that a fax had been requested but that she had the prescription. But that we needed to come back. Sheer utter incompetence. Colleges put out lots of pharmacy techs every year, I'm sure you can replace these incompetent ones easily. Please do so. We are now likely to fly out tomorrow without our meds.
would love to give this place zero stars. i walked in here around 10 pm to look at the make-up section. immediately i was watched and followed by 2 ladies (one with black hair/glasses and one with greyish hair both working in the make-up/perfume area). one was walking down the aisle trying to pretend she was restocking and one stood in the beginning of the aisle. i was so offended by their behaviour that i didn’t even buy any products because of them. i walked out pretty quickly. i was insanely uncomfortable and i will be going to corporate about them! such disgusting behaviour to make customers feel this way. i also saw another review on here that also went through a similar experience. truly disgusting!
Moved all my prescriptions from Stonehaven location to this location after years of poor/slow refill experience. Renewed one today on line and it was filled in 50 minutes and the employee didn’t hunt and check 4 places to find it. So far so good, keep up the good work!
We came into here at 8:53am and the clerk at the Canada post table said we were “10 mins early” so she shouldn’t give us our mail until 9am. She persisted to slowly “open” the postal area while fully ignoring us and occasionally showing attitude. She waited until literally 9am on the dot to let us get our mail. Her name was Asha. She should be taught customer service or just common decency.
Pharmacy here is outstanding. Even though they are always extremely busy Theresa (pharmacist) and Jordan are always extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend!
With my visit experience, both with staff and Senior leadership of this store, it is 10/10. The owner and senior manager are actually very humble and are very customer and staff oriented. The staff is very helpful. There is empathy which makes them so different and outstanding from other locations.
This store can be counted on to have an organized layout, a range of products to choose from (with a lot of sales going on all the time), polite employees and an overall chill atmosphere. They also have a pharmacy and post office at the back! A standard go to in my schedule
