Wonderful customer oriented organization!! I forgot to pick up my prescription and then left town and although this is completely my fault they were super accommodating and sent me a brand new package. I though I'd have to wait for them to pick up the other package and bring it here but nope! Everyone I've ever talked to on the phone is friendly and helpful! Honestly, this is such a wonderful company!!!
Convenient for some, but I'm forced to use this pharmacy because of my insurance. It's so inconvenient to have to mail in prescriptions if your doctor doesn't send them, wait 2-3 days for delivery, you HAVE to be home and they are not good at keeping track of your medications. One of my important meds got put on hold and I wasn't told and I had no idea how to find it. They were very condescending and told me to look under "on hold" medications but how was I supposed to know??? I'd just use normal pharmacy if I had the choice.
