This is by far the best pharmacy I’ve ever used. The staff are incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. I previously used Shoppers Drug Mart but left due to repeated errors and ongoing issues. Since switching to this pharmacy, everything has been smooth, stress-free, and accurate. I only wish I had made the change sooner! Highly recommended.

Super nice pharmacist, very patient and very attentive to your need. At this pharmacy they also have doctors for walk-in and bloodwork services, the technician Debra very professional and nice. This has been my go to place for any medical needs for years. I love the add-in bloodwork services.
****Pharmacy**** I love this pharmacy. Moved all of my family's prescriptions here. It is refreshing and reassuring to have a pharmacist (Ali - owner) you can call when you have questions and they know who you are rather than a big box or large chain pharmacy. Such a neighbourhood feel. I highly recommend this pharmacy. We also get our flu/covid vaccinations here. Easy to book. ****Walk-In Clinic**** We have used this clinic several times and it is my go-to walk-in clinic when my primary care physician isn't available. Friendly, efficient and never a long wait.
Visit several time, had bad experience twice recently. Going for my covid boost, was forgotten by the pharmacist for half hour. I have to wait in the chair for that long time, and nobody assist me. So I have to interrupt the busy pharmacist to ask when can I got my vaccine, I have been waiting for more than half hour. And he told me he totally forgot someone is waiting. After all I got my boost, cannot complain more. Today, went to this pharmacy again for my another vaccine. Everything is fine, just want to check with pharmacist about the refill number. Unfortunately still the same person, and he ignored me and talk to the client came after me. Cannot believe how unprofessional he is. And I want to check with another pharmacist, she’s about to talk with another client which of course came after me. Cannot understand why after I paid, I become invisible and no one want to see me. Absolutely not satisfied with those experiences, give 3 stars only because they are doing their job. To whom feel the same with me, have a difficult to talk with pharmacist, just try to be rude and interrupt them. Polite cannot help you get the thing done.
