I waited half an hour for one drink. I was patient and waited that long because there were only two girls working and it was busy and I felt bad for them. When I asked about my drink they said the sticker didn’t print. Half an hour is brutal on its own but to forget about the drink is another thing. Someone’s gonna help these workers out and get them a proper sticker machine and more people working.
Waited for 15 mins on a Thursday Staff clearly saw him at the door after 12pm and they didn’t open the door until 12:15pm Unacceptable If you aren’t planning to open at 12pm on time then why bother showing your business hours Your staff needs better training Definitely not prepared I was going to order 8 cups of bubble tea and the attitude from the staff was horrible I had to go another bubble tea shop
Karina is genuinely one of the kindest and most helpful people I’ve come across. Every time I’ve talked to her, she’s been super friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. She doesn’t just do her job well, she actually takes the time to make sure people are okay and feel heard. One day I was a bit stressed and not in the best mood, and Karina was so calm and patient with me. She explained things clearly, didn’t rush me, and made the whole situation feel easier. It honestly meant a lot. You can tell she cares about people, not just getting through her shift. Karina brings a really good energy, and it makes a difference. She’s the kind of person you remember for all the right reasons.
Karina is honestly one of the best workers I’ve seen at Chatime. Every time I go in, she’s super friendly, always smiling, and just gives off really good vibes. Even when the line is long or things are hectic, she stays calm and polite, and you can tell she genuinely wants customers to have a good experience. One time I was super indecisive about what to order, and instead of rushing me, she helped me figure out what I might like, and even gave a great recommendation (it was spot on, by the way). She always makes sure orders are right and double-checks with you if anything seems off. If you’re lucky enough to have Karina take your order, you're in good hands. She’s the kind of employee that makes people want to come back—not just for the bubble tea, but for the amazing service too.
This is hands down the best Chatime location I have ever been to. The staff here are always incredibly friendly, helpful, and hardworking. Every visit is a consistently positive experience, and it is clear that the team truly cares about delivering excellent customer service. The bobaristas genuinely seem to enjoy their work, and that positive energy creates such a welcoming environment. The store is always spotless with a modern, stylish interior. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, and it smells absolutely incredible the moment you walk in. The scent of brown sugar and fresh tea fills the space and makes it feel warm and inviting. I would like to give a special thank you to the Southeast Asian male bobarista who was working around 9:00 PM on July 13, 2025. He helped me redeem my birthday reward and went above and beyond to make sure everything was processed smoothly. He was so kind, patient, and professional throughout the interaction. His attention to detail and great attitude really stood out and made my visit feel extra special. I ordered my usual Thai milk tea with no pearls, and it was absolutely perfect. The flavor was rich and smooth with just the right amount of sweetness. They got it exactly right, which I truly appreciate. I have never had a single issue at this location. The drinks are always made accurately and consistently, and the team is always quick and efficient without ever rushing the customer experience. This has become my go-to Chatime spot for a reason. The quality, service, and atmosphere are unmatched. I am so grateful to the amazing staff who work hard to create such a great experience every time. I will definitely continue coming back, and I highly recommend this location to anyone who loves great drinks and exceptional service. Very nice service and helpful. The girl doesn't mind that I can't log in to the app, she offered a solution to scan the bar code that I can scan for points later once I figured out my log in
In haven't been to Chatime in a very long time. The menu has changed but the cashier was very kind in helping me select two drinks. The honey dew slush and taro smoothie were both very delicious. I can see why the pace was quite busy and in will certainly return for more. Thank you for also setting me up with the rewards program.
