The product is always. 5.. Since they started selling waffles the service is dreadful. It's ok when 1 order has a waffle. I am 3rd in line for a waffle. It's 1 minute from 30 minutes and still waiting Because of this added item they are now understaffed.
Drinks are Very good Staff has outstanding service Way better than Chatime Aurora made me waited outside of the door for 15 mins after their store opening time when the staff clearly saw me from inside People should start going here instead
Usually an excellent place for drinks, but not today. Ordered two drinks, one full sugar and the other with half sugar. Neither drink had any sugar at all. When I asked staff to remake the drinks, she argued that they were made properly and tried to just add it to the top of the drinks after I had asked for them to be remade. Another girl came out to see what was happening, the first server explained, and the second just added the sugar to the top of the drink. After they were actually remade, the drinks had some degree of sweetness, but still significantly less than is usual. Quite unhappy with the service and product today.
We had gone for some bubble tea hot and had a wonderful experience, the lady working there was kind and professional. The teas we had were very nicely prepared and they checked as to how would they like to have it prepared for us. Everything was great .
I got the matcha machine Boba milk and it was 7 dollars for a regular size. The matcha was not fully dissolved even though I shook it very well. Go somewhere else.
Best boba in town! Their mochi and boba is super yummy, my favourite is the Matcha Mochi Boba Milk W/ Cream. They also have mini size pearls which is very unique. Real mango in the mango sago drink, delicious!! There’s tons of other drinks on the menu which I can’t wait to try.
Was a customer here since it opened. One time, our drinks tasted like water. Manager was very helpful and understanding. Went back for drinks and they put mousse in it when it was not asked for. Don't know what else to do now.
