I had a wonderful experience at this store, the barista was very helpful in helping me choose one of the many selections of drinks that they offer on the menu. I ended up choosing one of their promotions which was the double peach milk tea and I love it!
A clean, quiet little ice tea place. A small food selection if you need snacks. First time I went, I got Oreo Coffee Milk Tea & Oreo Croffle, second time I got Oreo Coffee Milk Tea again. First time, I was waited on by the new owner. Second time, I was waited on by a young employee. Both were sweet and easy to interact with. I plan to go again anytime I am in the area!
The people that work here are great! The waffle tastes great. They sometimes sell out of things near the end of the day though like the croffle or drinks that need special ingredients.
It wasn't fun driving 15mins over and realized it's already closed at 8:20pm - when they indicate the business is open until 9pm. No respect for customers, sadly.
I can't believe this boba tea shop has a such high rating.. This is like a very very VERY ALSO MOST mid-tier ( NOT GOOD ) bubble tea shop I have ever tried in a long time! Date: a few days ago. I was visiting my friend in aurora for the weekend and decided to try out the Gong Cha in aurora to see if the yonge one is better or worse.. When we entered, there wasn't really anyone which I don't have a problem with. I ordered a Pearl milk tea with grass jelly because I don't really like tapioca.. While, my friend got a brown sugar bubble tea..The service was not that bad.. We got our drinks in less than a few minutes, I was glad but when we were about to leave. I saw the person who made the bubble tea also the cashier since it was only him in the store drop a towel on the floor, accidently"" stepped on it and didnt even clean it! He just used it to wipe the bubble tea machine, etc. anyway. I was about to say something but didn't because I was nice enough to just let it slide.. Disappointing also bad hygiene. For some reason though, the store was really clean like the tables. When my friend and I went to the car to try the bubble tea. I drank mines, lemme tell you it was BAD like for real, the milk tea tasted unflavored like milk+water, I quickly spitted it out on a tissue.. I WAS LIKE I HAVE NEVER TASTED SO UNFLAVOURED BOBA ( the milk tea was like the worst ).. I almost threw up!! my friend tried his brown sugar bubble tea which I expected to probably be good because its BROWN SUGAR BOBA!!! He said the it was okay but could use some improvement, also he said the boba was uncooked? I was confused but yeahh... This is my review, hope this place can really improve the milk tea + hygiene..
Ordered a pearl milk tea, and the pearls were very undercooked, hard and almost crunchy. Tea was weak and too sweet despite ordering 50% sweetness. Order elsewhere if you want a decent bubble tea.
Terrible service from the cashier. Told me I can’t decide how much Ice I get in my drink, when it’s clearly an option on the wall. It was late and she just didn’t want to make the effort. I’ll go somewhere else next time.
