Worst experience ever! Drinks taste like water and the service sucks. I ask for exchange but got refused. Never come back again. If you don’t want to waste your money don’t come here!
Hello Today, May 10th 2025 Order number 6727 Location: Aurora 15380 bayview Ave unit 4 I ordered lychee iced tea, with sago and pearls Ur staff forgot to add sago and pearls I called back after that, they said I can either go back and they will add both to my drink or they will refund $1.20 So, if I needed to go back, I would have to drive 30 mins from my house to that location, and secondly, if I didnt wanna go back then it’s my problem Well, I have a video footage to prove that they forgot to add those items and I paid for it Neither do I like to be treated like I was a beggar trying to scam ur drink, nor I don’t care about ur refund of $1.2 dollars. I’m gonna post this to good review and make sure people know how u guys treat ur customer Cyrus
I came for UberEats BOGO deal. Makes it cheaper than an Iced Capp lol. And this is one of the few locations that have red bean. Highly recommended would return.

Bartenders were rude. Other locations have the screen for you to enter your phone number when collecting points. This one doesn’t have and they snapped at us when we asked. Raising their voice telling us “AFTER YOU PAY” you can collect your points. And after we paid he just walked away and looking grumpy. Drink was fine just like other location. Perhaps lower your music volume so you don’t have to scream at people when talking.
Bad service don't promote something if u guys not gonna sell, went into to the store to purchase the 3monster XXL drink your staff was selling me you guys don't sell it. That's why I leave a comment thanks.
