⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I love coming to Nice First Nails! The staff are always super friendly and welcoming. One of my nails broke and when I came in to get it fixed, they didn’t even charge me. Their customer service is amazing, and they always make me feel taken care of. Highly recommend!
It was my second visit in this place. First one was ok and I decided to give another trial. Pedi was ok. Nails OMG. In 2 days was splits, I came back to fix. The girls just files off my nails , ?. And for others just glut it. Awful. In couples day my nails start to breaks. I contacted the place they just ignored me. “Excellent customer service “. I was patiently waited for their respond…. Nothing. Has to go after 2 weeks for another salon redo it. Such a waisting money. Never will go back , and would never recommend this place.
I did Pedicure & Manicure & Shellac. one shellac peeled off on the same night, I went there and they fixed it, and on the following day, 2 other nails peeled off. I gave up and I will never go back to this place again.
Usually my nails are great from here but not this time. I asked for a gel manicure, which I always get, and got shellac without anyone telling me. I didn’t say anything during the appointment when I noticed a different process because I wasn’t sure if they were using a new product of gel than what I was used to but was wrong to trust the process. I didn’t know it was even shellac until I asked when I was paying. The man that did my nails barely spoke to me, only when I asked a question or said something to try to start a conversation. He also spoke so quiet that I had to keep questioning what he was saying to me. After the appointment I noticed that there was a sign in the front saying they are changing the name and they are under new management. I’ve always had amazing service and results so I’m not sure if the new management is the cause of the new experience or not.
I got a refill service, the result was disappointing, I really hate the shape,color….the nail polish material they used was probably a cheap one or old…I asked for square shaped nails but each fingers looks different and ugly , therefore the final result was very disappointing. I am never coming back unfortunately
I had the best experience ever. Everything was super friendly and they made me feel really comfortable and I was given the best customer Service Experience! Amazing place, amazing people. Kind and courteous customer Service. I promise you that you'll have the same amazing experience I did. You won't be disappointed, that's for sure. Plus their work was above and beyond. They take their time and don't rush you. I am one happy camper. I will be most definitely going back there. Thank you for your amazing hospitality and service. It is greatly appreciated.???
The nails turned out nice. They are very friendly and skilled. I was impressed by the art work they formed on my fingernails. Also I got my first ear piercing here. I was really nervous and scared but they made me calm down and relaxed. Piercing ended up being really pretty. I strongly recommend here.
