Very Disapointed!! I went for a full set and pedicure. The owner/manager of this nail salon is very unprofessional,I think her name is Elaine and sits in the first manicure chair on the right . She is rude, aggressive and from what I see treats her staff very poorly very bad like they’re her slaves. She ignored me the entire time and spoke in her language to the other coworkers laughing making fun and mocking me like a twelve yr old girl grow up woman you look about 60 act your age…as if I couldn’t tell they were speaking about me…just very low class.All her tools were dirty, and to top it all off I have soars on my feet , she also cut my cuticles so deep they were hurting. DONNOT go to her shes terrible, rude,low class & DIRTY!
I have been going there for pedicure, for years now. They always come accommodate me when I want even if last minute.. They’re very friendly and professional. I Would recommend it to all.
I went for a shellac manicure and pedicure. I got my pedicure, when it came for my manicure I asked for nail art. The lady said my nails would be too short and suggested some extensions. I agreed after she told me it wouldn’t cost extra. It took 1hour and a half, never got the nail art and was charged for the extensions. My price was 122.90. The original price I agreed to was 55.00 dollars. Wish I had clarified before paying. The nail artist was Kelly she did and amazing job my nails are still the same as when I got them. But too expensive.
Friendly staff, organized, clean and quality work!! Been coming here for years and although their prices may be slightly higher in comparison to other pedi and nails, their is definitely a different in their quality of items and time spent on perfectioning our nails!!
I’ve been coming to Elanie for almost 9 years and I’ve been coming to this location since they opened. I can’t say enough how amazing they are. Elanie has made all my nail dreams come true. Very professional and friendly. Best pedi and mani! Thanks Elanie for never disappointing. ❤️?
The girl who did my pedicure was extremely rough. She hurt me so many times and left bruising on my ankle. Did a half job on my toes. I was hoping not to leave a negative review as I was recommended this place by a friend of the owner. Hopefully the girl gets better training in the future as for now I will not be going back to this place.
I came on December 3rd - Lady was doing someone else’s nails was so rude and rushed me to wash my hands without saying hi or anything else (she is the bosses cousin)- I almost walked out with the way her tone was towards me, very rude and no the salon was not busy at all and even if it was, respect/kindness should be mandatory for all clients. The lady who did my pedicure was very kind- however- I didn’t receive a good quality pedicure I paid $60 for a pedicure and have a bad ingrown nail and my paint is chipping already. Mind you I have shellac. “The boss was not there.” I also have a date of when my phone call was made to book my appointment.
