Had a wonderful pedicure with my mom yesterday done by kimmi and Trang, We added the extra spa experience to our service and it was wonderful! Extra long massage and exfoliation! Smelled amazing too. Relaxing lavender. Totally worth the extra $15. It was such a nice treat to add on! We can't wait to go back!
I got my nails done today with Janet and OMG she's the best. What a wonderful person and super good at her job. She was super helpful and did exactly what I was expecting. Thanks so much Janet!! I also did my pedicure with her mom Amy and as well what a wonderful lady and super gentle with my feet. I'm super happy with with the end result. Thanks so much Amy!! Staff speaks their own Asian language. Not satisfied with manicure service. Shallac in hand was ok, not the bright and shiny one. Everyone was giving payment by credit card, when my turn came up, service provider said something (in Asian language) to the staff member, and that lady asked only cash or 15% more on credit or debit. She has to tell me earlier before starting the services.
I told the girl I had a very important wedding and still she rushed me. A few of my fake nails were clearly the WRONG size and I noticed 2 of the women trying to find the correct sizes of nails in a random bag but didn't care. In addition one of the nails was so crucuid, looked like a child glued it on. Also she refused to give me the oval shape I asked for telling me the nails weren't long enough which was pure B.S, she just didn't want to do extra work. When I got home, i had to shape my nails myself which I had JUST paid to get done. Being friendly DIDNT work as she seemed irritated. After paying, I still left her a tip. Needless to say I'll NEVER go back.
I have been going here for a few years, they do a good job, and you get 1 sometimes 2 repairs at no charge, but sometimes it depends who you get, as some want to charge if you need 2 repairs. I don't like that they speak a LOT in their own language, it is very uncomfortable at times, because it gets quite loud.
Got a pedicure done here last week. They were really nice, professional and the quality of work was very good! The price was also very reasonable. Will definitely come back!
