I needed some last-minute donuts for an event, and Antonella absolutely saved the day. She let me come in while the bakery was closed so I could pick them up, and even added a few extra baked goods for free. So kind and so appreciated! The desserts were also delicious!
Wife’s 40th birthday and ordered cupcakes. Picked them up and returned home. As guests were showing up I opened the boxes to find donuts. Wife was very displeased and a little upset. Went back the following day after the whole ordeal and they said they’ll get back to us for a solution or some sort of compensation. Been a month and no response. Maybe they should show the product to the customer before leaving or perhaps I should’ve checked myself. Either way birthday surprise ruined.
35 noisy people went quiet when I brought out the cake at my husband's birthday party. Artsy Baker knocked it out of the park - they completely understood what I wanted and the cake was delicious. Thank you for being the star of the show!
Ordered a custom cake for my husband’s 50th bday. I explained the theme I had in mind and some random ideas. Boy did the cake turn out amazing! Very creative and realistic. Really love how they took the idea and ran with it.

This is my third or fourth time ordering from the artsy baker, and every single time it has been DELICIOUS. Delivered orders are always on time, always fresh and never get messed up during delivery. I love getting the donuts for people’s birthdays, and The Artsy Baker never disappoints! (Pictured here are 3 of the 6 donuts we got, we couldn’t keep our hands off them long enough to get a photo!)
I just ordered a six pack with my wife and kids. I have to say we were disappointed. I would say the donuts themselves are average in taste and texture, and the toppings are below average versions of each flavour. It tasted to me like artificial flavours masked with a lot of sugar. Also smaller than one would expect at the price point. I would recommend as a quick and convenient purchase if you like very sugary things. However, I would definitely not recommend if you are looking for a premium product, or a real “fresh bakery” experience with fresh ingredients and attention to texture.
