My 1st and last time...very very rude and impolite old lady. Unbelievably with awful attitude. I am not sure how she works there, likely she is the owner. She has no idea how to treat a person (customer). I am not more if she knows she lives in Canada.

I love Shatter Noruz Bakery for their delicious taftoon—it’s always fresh, soft, and full of that authentic Persian flavor. The staff are super friendly and make you feel welcome every time. Great bread, great people—highly recommend!

I’m ONLY giving the 2 stars because the bread is actually good, especially the Lavash Bread. But OMG the lady that serves you has the worst attitude, she acts like you owe her something. Fix your attitude, you’re killing your business!

Bread is amazing, definitely one of the best lady there isn't the friendliest so does need some imorovements in customer service. But I went in at 4:30pm and despite hours on the website and the sign out front says they close at 5 on Sunday it was closed. If it was 10 minutes before, I'd let it go, but I drove out of the way to make it 30 minutes before closing kind of disappointing.

This is hands down the best Persian bakery I have ever been to. Because their main focus is on bread, unlike other bakeries that sell dairy and cookies , they have absolutely nailed and it’s the best bread I’ve ever had.

I live in North York and I drive all the way to Aurora to get the greatest Taftoon in the whole town at least once a week. The store is amazingly clean and the staff are nice, kind and helpful. It is a family business and I enjoy to support high quality small businesses.

The bread is of good quality and is great. Why I have given them 1 star is for their price discrepancy. Depending on who serves you, they charge you different price for bread. 3 weeks ago a young guy served me and I paid $4.50 for 5 Taaftoon. 2 weeks ago an older gentleman served me an I paid $5. Last week a lady served me and she charged $6. There's absolutely no transparency. There are a couple of other bakeries nearby which I will go to next time.

Hi Olivia, I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused you. There have been times when we have run out of bread before closing time, and for that, I am truly sorry. If you could kindly give us a call before your arrival next time, we will make sure to put your order on hold. Thank you for your understanding.

Dear Danial We are glad that you liked the quality of our bread. Our price for the Taftoon Bread used to be $5 for a pack of 5, and recently it has been changed to $6 for a pack of 5. Good luck
