Had a great experience at the store today first time there got 3 g for $11.50. Knowledgeable, friendly staff nicely, air conditioned It was very hot out. I’m very happy customer.
They buy their stuff off the ocs, or possibly somewhere else, then sell it for a more for profit, ocs has same day delivery now so might as well do that instead, alpha’s service is great until it’s not, if and when an issue happens with your delivery they will do nothing to remedy the situation.
The best customer service I have experienced in a very long time! I spoke to Jeff when I called and I was a few minutes past the cut off time but since he was the driver he said he would make it work. I truly appreciated this because my partner tore his Achilles and really wanted something to take the edge off. His friendly demeanor on the phone was a breath of fresh air! His delivery was exceptional and he even had treats for my dog! Overall a 12/10 experience! Hands down the best dispensary in York region!
