I came from Colombia recently and whatever they have on these shelves in Canada is total weakness , crap basically. If you guys here think this is good stuff you are smoking , think again
sold me a 7g bag of space cake that’s over a year old. pathetic. called and asked their return policy n said i can’t exchange it. absolutely bullshit. i used to buy from here a lot, i won’t be after this. CHECK PACKAGE DATE FOR EVERYTHING. it’s my mistake for not checking the date.. smh
Highly recommend! The store is lovely, really cozy atmosphere, they have so much to choose from and even have a tablet with all their catalogue. Apart from product variety (and good quality stuff!), they also have loads of adorable accessories. On top of it all, the customer service was impeccable. I came into the store as a very angry man came out and found the seller at the counter looking like she was on the verge of tears. As soon as she noticed me, though, she made sure to smile and immediately snapped into professionalism. Shea clearly knows she was talking about. She answered all of my questions (and there were many) and even let me take pictures of their products. Thank you, Shea, for being so patient and kind. Know you've made one customer very happy.
I did walk in once night time. Skinny women. Clean. Lots of bongs.. The product worth the price. Also delivery as well, and for delivery guess be routine with Havok Smoke. Respect them delivery (Mike). Very nice gentleman and polite.. I would definitely have Havok delivery more often.
Went in yesterday for the first time to grab a new bong. The company I work for doesn't believe much in accessories, so I always have to shop elsewhere. I found the selection to be excellent, the pricing to be really good, and the lady that was working last night was very friendly helpful and knowledgeable about the bongs. Highly recommend this place for accessories!!
