Been going to This Tokyo smoke ever since they opened and I’m surprised I haven’t left her yet. It’s been many years of going to this dispensary with absolutely zero complaint, The staff is hands-down, the best in town, Extremely knowledgable, Kind, And remember their clients which is an experience you don’t really get in any other dispensary. Their rewards and loyalty programare also second to none. Pricing on ounces could be better, but they usually do carry premium product
one of the best selections across the Aurora dispensaries they always have a sale going on actual good weed instead of something weak like shred or fuego shout out to Kavian for helping me out, he knew exactly what i meant when i said some pre-rolls don't "tump" aka bad airflow, and he has since only recommended pre-rolls that are strong and always burn smooth
Amazing staff, great selection at any price and excellent customer service. I was especially impressed with Kavian, Michele and Stephanie. As long as they are around, I will continue to visit this location as they make every visit extremely enjoyable.
All the staff are great except for Michelle. At least that’s what she said her name is. She was rude, unprofessional, and obnoxiously arrogant. And every interaction is the same way. I finally had enough, As a regular customer I will NOT be going back because of her.
This store has one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The staff are extremely rude and unprofessional, especially when it comes to ID checks. I understand the law requires ID if someone looks under 25, but here they treat it like harassment —, one of the employees even threatened to call the cops on me just because I questioned being asked for my ID a second time in the same visit. Instead of making customers feel welcome, they make you feel like a problem. Definitely won’t be coming back.
Great first experience. Clean well organized store with an incredibly friendly staff. Well knowledgeable and inviting. Would definitely recommend as a primary source for all your smoking needs.
