If I could give a 0 I would. Had a cart that was broken right out of the box, hadn’t even been 5 days since I purchased and 2 days since I opened the cart and I go to the store they tell me there is nothing they can do. They said the manufacturers won’t take care of it and it had “been such a long time” (was not told a single thing about their policies at the time of purchase and no receipt given either)….i called the manufacturer and they say to go back to the store because it is a faulty device and I’m entitled to an exchange….so who’s lying to me? Sessions said all they would offer me is a 20% discount on a different product….i walked out and went across the street to Malibu where they told me to call the manufacturer because they know that sessions does this to a lot of their customers. Horrible customer service. Would love to talk further with management.
Had an amazing experience with the gentleman that helped me did catch his name but was was so lovely I think he said he had only been there two months….on the other hand Cynthia was rude and unwelcoming, unfortunately very unprofessional and not very welcoming. Maybe she was having an off day but if you come here do your best to avoid her. Rude unhelpful and overall mate my experience in the store negative.
I had the pleasure of being served by Sam recently, and I can’t say enough good things. From start to finish, Sam was incredibly nice, genuinely helpful, and consistently professional. Their depth of knowledge about cannabis was impressive — every question I had was met with clear, confident answers that made me feel supported and informed. What stood out most was Sam’s ability to combine expertise with warmth. They didn’t just give great suggestions and service they made the entire experience feel seamless and stress-free. I had a great budtender, named Elya.. she helped me look up my best friends account and find her favorite joints. I was able to surprise her with her exact favourite. Elya was also super sympathetic about my brothers passing. Everyone at the store has been so nice to me and my friend. It's why we keep coming back and will do so long into the future!
I recently had my 1st visit and I have to say, April made it easy to know that I will be a repeat customer. Thanks again for taking the time to educate my husband and myself.
This is by far the worse place to go to!!!! They truly have the worst staff working there, all bunch of angry haters that give you only attitude when you walk in and stare at you from up and down! I wear brand names and every time I walked into the store, the girls stare at me and give me cut eyes and dirty looks and a lot of bad attitude. You could clearly see that they’re very jealous and big haters. I absolutely hate this location. Me and my friends all stop going there because of the horrible poor customer service and management team. I don’t recommend this location to anyone. They’re extremely overpriced with the worse staff working for them.
