I walked in with absolutely zero knowledge. The Persian lady who helped me was incredibly friendly and very professional at the same time with what felt like unlimited patience, which is rare these days. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made thoughtful suggestions suitable for a first-timer so I wouldn’t have a bad experience (It felt like a 30-minute academic course and tour ?, what a gem!). I left feeling informed, confident, and genuinely grateful. Btw, they have all kinds of stunning decorative items, lighters, etc, not just Cannabis. Excellent service.

She suggested three amazing products at great prices, and I couldn't be happier with my choices. At the end, she even sent me off with a delightful coffee. Been going here a couple years now, Dustin has consistently given me good recommendations, man knows what he's talking about and you can be sure you leave with something you'll enjoy.
They deliver to Newmarket which is a plus. They have a good selection that other chain dispensaries can't compete with. Their staff is really polite, and go above and beyond with their customer service.
I've been in only a few times and I'm always happy with the customer service and product. The prices are on par with other shops. They're not the most expensive or the cheapest.
Very nice storefront with reasonable prices. Most of the higher end products use some amount of moisture regulation in their packaging now, so excessively dry herb isn't really as much of an issue, but you can still buy moisture regulation if needed. I'm changing this review to 2 stars though, down from 4. -1 Star for offering a discount in exchange for Google reviews. -1 Star for requiring that review be 5 stars. This kind of behavior is exactly why highly reviewed business are always questionable, and until Jane's stops this campaign, I'm going to offset the purchased reviews.
