  Terrific atmosphere, tons of diverse equipment, and a charming hometown vibe. Such a tightly knit, yet welcoming community - guaranteed that you will not only have a great workout, but make a few friends on the regular. Equipment and locker rooms are always spotless.

  I train weekly with Anthony and I recommend him highly. He has a wealth of technical knowledge about how to deal with my structural issues and he does a wonderful job keeping me motivated to achieve personal bests.

  I have Been going to this gym for a few months now and i wouldn’t ask for a better place. there is a good variety of equipments, extremely clean and organized , there is Always a friendly staff member at the reception area to greet and welcome you. Great management and so are all their team members. Highly recommended… 10/10

  we made it very clear that we no longer were members at this gym. they would not stop billing our CC, so we had to cancel the card.... now they are hunting us with a collection agency!! horrible business practice, stay away from this gym

  Excellent in every respect, I have been a member for 8+ years I go to work out, weights only, however, there are so many other available quality embellishments I noticed a few 1 star reviews, clearly complainer types The gym and staff and equipment are great ! It’s that simple

  I've been a member of this gym for a long time. I love the vibe it's clean the staff and trainers are awesome I highly recommend this gym it's very has a steam room too

  The club is not clean, no one cleans the toilets. The equipment is old and mostly not fully functional. The problems of the club have been shared with the management many times, but nothing has changed.
