Great coaches, fun workouts, good community and an encouraging atmosphere!
Huge space with ample equipment. Members are friendly and supportive of each other's success. Coaches and owners are very committed to members and effective fitness programming. There is a variety of fitness classes offered, crossfit, Quickfit, rowing, youth and strength classes offered. The schedule has over 100 classes per week.
Gym was clean and well kept. Great welcoming feeling when you walked which not all crossfit gyms have. Staff super friendly and approachable. Keep up the great work.
This was my first time doing crossfit and I must say if you want a great experience with motivation CrossFit Ark is the place for you. I don't have a car and I live further south and I take 45 minute bus rides for these workouts. The staff is great but I have to say Bob is my favourite. I have mostly worked with him but each time I had a class with him it was incredible. He loves what he does and he motivates each person. The workouts are challenging and fast and help you increase your strength and motivation through fitness. I can write a longer comment to explain how great this place is but I'm afraid if I continue I won't be able to stop. Crossfit Ark is wonderful and I would recommend it to everyone. You will come into a place where you are always greeted with genuine people and leave with an awesome workout! So go go go!!
One of the best gyms. I have been to several gyms in my life and CrossFit Ark by far is my favourite ever. The facility is remarkable and the trainers are world class. If you are looking for place where you train like a pro and feel appreciated for doing so look no further. I gained not only a great strength and physic but I also got educated on many things.
