New at F45 and am enjoying it so far! The circuit is always set up in a way that works whatever they are targeting for the class and the 45 mins flies by, which makes it much more bearable and easier to manage and for someone like me, that is critical to sticking with something. Even if you are new to working out, haven't worked out in years or are fairly active, it is engaging and challenging at any level. The trainers are great at guiding your workout and offering modifications when needed, which is essential when new and starting out. Highly Recommend!
So far I have been really enjoying F45 at this location. They have really good and flexible class times. Amazing coaches that are always helping to correct my forms. The atmosphere is very inviting and facilities are clean. I would definitely recommend this location!
Signed up for a 10-day trial and I was hooked! The coaches are motivating and knowledgeable, and I love the variety of workouts and equipment available.
Would Not recommend. atmosphere was not comfortable,the staff where not professional and rude washrooms where not sanitary, and seemed like more about taking my money than anything else. Would suggest saving your time and trying somewhere else. Zero Stars
I joined F45 Aurora in Oct 2018 and still feel energized and motivated to join classes 3-5 times per week. Led by Patrick, the trainers are fantastic coaches and the members are great. This place is a gem!
Amazing gym! Amazing staff! Amazing results! I would highly recommend F45 Aurora to everyone. Patrick is an amazing owner and takes the time to get to know everyone. All the other trainers are the same too and really know what they are doing. It feels like one big team/family when you walk in. So happy with this place!
I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good sweat. The cross between cardio and resistance days make it different and challenging. The owner and staff are motivating, friendly, and work alongside you to teach you proper form and push you to do your best. The room and equipment is very clean also. Best program I've done so far.
