Finished my 2 week trial. Amazing and we sign up. Trainers and coaches are always so personable and there to help. There atmosphere is so so. Front desk needs to work on their people skills. Not as welcoming as other CrossFit. They dont show you around the place you need to figure that out on your own. We signed up mostly for how the trainers and coaches treated us.
Just finished my first year and so glad that I stuck with it. Seen great results. Trainers and coaches are always so personable and there to help. The workouts are challenging and the atmosphere is always so welcoming no matter what your skill level or ability. Highly recommend it to anyone and everyone!

This is a great place to get in and out with a great workout. The facility itself is bright and clean. The coaches are very knowledgeable and attentive to helping you scale the workouts to work best for your strength and fitness level. All of the members are really friendly and supportive. They are always there to give me a fist bump no matter how much longer I take than everyone else to finish the workout of the day (WOD). Same owners as Newmarket central, which is also a great place. You can book all of your classes online/via app, and there are an abundance of time options available everyday. Personally, I like to get it done first thing in the morning, but thats more related to me not wanting to do anything once my workday is done. If youve been in the fence about checking it out, get in there! You can do a free trial, and you will be very pleasantly surprised at how friendly and welcoming everyone is. Everybody had to start somewhere.
